These fields produce about 450 bales per harvest, up to 6 times a year. They are also irrigated by an underground system.

The farm also has 3.6 ha of mature Shiraz vineyards, under drip irrigation, that yield about 12 tons of grapes per year. A top-quality winery near Bonnievale has an annual partnership agreement to make and store the wine, bottled under a special label for personal use and sales. The farm produces around 6,000 bottles of wine per year.
