About Erika Weatherill

Hello my name is Erika Weatherill I have joined the industry and AIDA Centurion on 7 August 2014. I specialize in residential sales in the following areas: Lyttelton Manor, Die Hoewes, Kloofsig, Clubview, Doringkloof, Highveld, Zwartkop, Hennopspark, Bronberrick, Irene, Pierre van Ryneveld, and Leisure Bay. I have joined the real estate industry because the idea of being able to help people to achieve their dream by becoming homeowners was very appealing to me. The real estate industry is constantly changing, and I enjoy it as it never gets boring. The challenge of solving clients’ problems is very fulfilling and I enjoy getting to know new people with each transaction. I am proud to share my professional expertise and experience with my clients after thoroughly assessing their needs by properly listening to their wishes and fears. I hold a NQF4 qualification in Real Estate and is a Full Status Property Practitioner. During my career I have received various accolades for Agent of the Month, Most Exclusive Mandates signed, Top Earner of the Month, Top 10 Earner of the Year and Top 10 Agent of the year. When I am not working, I enjoy creative activities such as Art/Painting which helps me with thinking outside of the box and approaching tasks and challenges inventively. Other hobbies I enjoy are Tennis -Table tennis, Go- carts, Music, Video games, Puzzles /Sudoku, Watching sport etc. I believe that quality service is not an act, it’s a habit.
